As a transplant from Seattle, I've been missing my poetry workshop mates and I haven't discovered a group on here or in this city that quite fits. I'd like to have a place that provides opportunity for serious workshopping of poetry, as well as helps fellow poets write new poetry and have a safe place to share their poetry and experiment. It's the poem I never wrote..Well I wrote it  but I crumbled it.. Still I think about it.... So don't crumble it but share it with us over coffee, wine, food, and good company.

From the outside it looks like we are holding hands, singing the Names of God from all around the world, and doing easy round dance forms. From the inside we are having quick and radical shifts in awareness as an entire group. The Persian poet Rumi speaks of "the Wine of Love". Jesus speaks of "the Peace that passes understanding."
